  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

  • Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unexpected shipping volume.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Free Shipping

  • We offer free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $100

4. Local Pickup

. Local pickup is available at our location in Ellenville, NY during the following hours: M-F, 10 am – 5 pm]. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.


Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is necessary because these items are uniquely created for the customer and cannot be restocked.

2. Returns for Standard Items

If you purchased an item that was not custom-made, you may return it for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment upon inspection of the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will gladly resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Reporting Damage:

  • You must report the damage within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • Please email us immediately at Sales@LockwoodsLimitless.com with the following information:

    • Your name and order number.

    • A detailed description of the damage.

    • Clear photographic evidence of the damage to the item and the shipping box/packaging.

Once we receive your report and confirm the damage, we will provide instructions for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
